4. Cancellation and Returns Policy
4.1 If you wish to cancel your order:
(a) you can notify us by email to sales@tshirt-town.com before we have dispatched the goods to you; or
(b) where goods have already been dispatched to you, you can only return goods to us in accordance with clauses 4.2 and 4.3 below.
4.2 Here at T Shirt Town we work hard to make sure you are happy with your purchase. Therefore, if WE have made an error such as sending you the wrong size, colour, or design to what you ordered, please inform Customer Services and they will endeavour to sort out the problem as quickly as possible to ensure you are happy.
4.3 If YOU have ordered the wrong size, design or colour and would like an exchange please let Customer Services know within 7 days of receipt - All our designs are made to your own specific requirements therefore we will only exchange items that were incorrectly ordered by yourself. Ultimately we want you to be happy so please contact us if there is a problem.
Once we have received your purchase back at T Shirt Town we will send out a replacement product at the costs below:-
£5.00 per Standard Fit t shirt
£7.50 per Vintage Style T Shirt
£6.50 per Womens Fitted Tee
This covers a replacement garment as well as the cost of sending your exchange back to you.
4.4 The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clauses 4.2 and 4.3 will not apply in the following circumstances: -
In the event that the product has been used or washed.
To any products that we have made or customised specifically for you.
The provisions of this clause 4.4 do not affect your statutory rights. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. It is your responsibility to get your order back to us in good condition, when sending your order back we recommend using an insured service such as Royal Mail recorded delivery..
Contact Customer Support to receive a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. Please specify whether you want a replacement or refund.
